The primary function of this form is to request photography, audio and video services benefiting the Meskwaki Nation, its members and the community. Depending on the resources necessary to complete the request, Media Services requires a minimum advanced notice from date of submittal to coordinate the event/project (noted below).

DIGITAL PHOTOS/VIDEOS: Digital photos and completed videos will be sent (free of charge) upon completion of the project/event. Please allow 10 working days after the date of the event/project for items to be ready for distribution.

PRINTED MATERIALS: Printed material can be ordered from Media Services.

*TRAVELING TO EVENTS NOT ON THE SETTLEMENT: Preference is given to Tribal Operations' events/programs located on the Settlement. Any event/program located outside of the Settlement must be pre-approved by the Executive Director, Tribal Chair, or Tribal Council as well as budgeted for within the Media Services annual budget.
