    To gain access to post or create content on a departmental Facebook page, employees must complete a Social Media Account Access Form, which requires approval from both the Department’s Director and the Executive Director. After approval, Media Services will assist the employee in obtaining access to post to the approved departmental page via the Tribe’s Business Manager Facebook tool or Facebook directly, using the employee’s personal Facebook account.

  • Only content related to your departments programs and services will be broadcast via the agency’s social media channels including but not limited to: announcements of upcoming events, programs, job fairs, workshops and awareness campaigns, links to videos explaining agency programs, public service messages, etc.

    Content must align with both the Media Services Social Media Policy and the Meskwaki Nation's Code of Digital Conduct.  Please click above to read the policies.

    By signing below, you agree that you have read and agree to follow the policies above.

    By signing below, you undertand that your department's Director must pre-approve any and all content posted by you to the above requested social media accounts.

    By signing below, you understand that your access will be granted through your personal Facebook account.  In order to access the departmental page, you must switch from your personal account into the department's page to access and post.

    By signing below, you agree that when/if you terminate employment with the Meskwaki Nation, you will immediately notify Meskwaki Media Services at media@meskwaki-nsn.gov so they can remove your access to the social media channel(s).
